Our mission is to help young athletes grow — not just in their sport, but in confidence, work ethic, and love for the game.
Founded by Coach Fryer, a dedicated coach with over a decade of experience across football, basketball, and multi-sport development, F3 ClinX was created to offer a better way to train:
high-quality instruction, affordable opportunities, and real relationships that set athletes up for long-term success.
We work with athletes of all skill levels, from beginners learning fundamentals to experienced players sharpening their craft in the offseason. Our approach is personal — every athlete matters here.

We offer flexible training options, including group clinics, team sessions, and private coaching, throughout Central Massachusetts.
