Our Story

F3 Clinics was built through years of coaching, mentorship, athlete development, and community involvement.

Coach Fryer first began coaching while helping develop his oldest son at around three years old. What started as a father investing in his own child’s growth quickly turned into a deeper passion for helping young athletes build confidence, discipline, accountability, and long-term development through sports.

Now a father of three, Coach Fryer understands firsthand how important mentorship, structure, and positive leadership can be during a child’s development.

After moving from Ohio to Massachusetts as a teenager and experiencing the challenges that can come from lacking guidance and direction, sports became more than competition — they became an outlet for growth, discipline, confidence, and opportunity.

Over the years, Coach Fryer has coached across multiple levels and programs including:

*   Spring football
*   Fall tackle football
*   Middle school football
*   Flag football
*   Basketball development
*   AAU and summer basketball teams
*   Skills clinics and athlete development programs

Since beginning his coaching journey, Coach Fryer has coached multiple football seasons and multiple basketball teams while continuing to expand athlete development opportunities throughout Central Massachusetts.

Coach Fryer also holds nationally recognized coaching and athlete safety certifications through organizations including USA Football and NFHS, covering areas such as athlete safety, concussion awareness, heat and hydration protocols, coaching fundamentals, and long-term athlete development.

In 2023, F3ClinX was officially founded to provide structured athlete development focused on long-term growth rather than hype, shortcuts, or empty promises.

In 2024, that mission expanded through the creation of Fusion Basketball  a grassroots summer basketball program built around opportunity, development, and community over wins and losses.

As the program continued to grow, Fusion evolved into Worcester Pulse Basketball and expanded into AAU competition while maintaining the same core mission: creating real opportunities for athletes to develop, compete, and grow in a positive environment.

That same vision also led to the creation of American Youth Athletics (AYA), a nonprofit organization founded to help expand access, mentorship, community programs, and long-term development opportunities for young athletes throughout the area.

While F3ClinX serves as the athlete development and training arm, AYA helps support the broader mission of creating positive impact through sports, mentorship, leadership, and community involvement.

Together, the mission remains the same:

*   Develop the athlete.
*   Support the person.
*   Build confidence, discipline, and accountability that lasts beyond sports.

Because success is bigger than wins and losses.
